When is my order going to be processed?
While you can place your order any time of the day or night, please note that it can take up to 5 working days to process it depending on the weekday and time when it was placed. For example, if you have placed your order on a Friday afternoon, it will most probably not get shipped before Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified with an email.

What is my order status?
If you have created a profile on the Acer Store, you can view your order status in the My Orders section of My Account.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use one of the following payment methods:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa

During the checkout process our servers encrypt all information submitted and we do not save it anywhere. This also means that your credit card number is never fully visible to our Customer Care agents who are only able to see the last 4 digits for payment identification purposes.

Should I use spaces or dashes when I enter my credit card number?
No. Please enter your credit card number without any spaces or special characters. It should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.

Why is my credit card being rejected?
In case of us not being able to complete your payment, please contact your bank and/or try an alternative payment method.

Do I have to pay GST or any other taxes for my order?
All prices shown on the Acer Store include GST and any other applicable taxes to each product.

Before placing your order, during the Order Review step of the checkout process you will be able to review all items that will be charged, including the total tax applicable to the order.
