When is my order going to be processed?
While you can place your order any time of the day or night, please note that it can take up to 5 working days to process it depending on the weekday and time when it was placed.Once your order has shipped, you will be notified with an email.

  • During the checkout process our servers encrypt all information submitted and we do not save it anywhere. This also means that your credit card number is never fully visible to our Customer Care agents who are only able to see the last 4 digits for payment identification purposes.

    No. Please enter your credit card number without any spaces or special characters. It should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.
