How much does delivery cost?
The Acer Store MY provide standard FREE delivery and will deliver the Products to the delivery address within Malaysia stated on the order at the time of delivery.

What is your Shipping Policy?
  1. We provide standard FREE delivery and will deliver the Products to the delivery address within Malaysia stated on the order at the time of delivery. If for any reason we are unable to deliver to the delivery address, we reserve the right to cancel, without any liabilities or penalties, the order placed by the customer and will issue a full refund for any payment made. Once your product/s have shipped, you will be notified with an email.
  2. Delivery is subject to the availability of the stock at the time of dispatch. Acer will endeavour to fulfill all orders, however makes no guarantees of the availability of stock at the time of dispatch.
  3. Shipping times are estimated in business days. We aim to deliver your order within Malaysia at the following time frame:
    In Metro areas: 1 - 6 working days
    In Non-Metro areas: 3 - 14 working days 
  4. Weekend deliveries are not possible.
  5. We deliver by using third party logistic company. Hence, any limitation will be the limitation of our service providers.
  6. We cannot ship to PO Boxes neither will a change in the delivery address will be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
  7. You cannot change the delivery address once you have placed your order. Please make sure during the checkout process that you have entered all information correctly.
  8. All shipments require a signature at delivery.

Do you ship to my country?
Orders from the Acer Store MY can be shipped only within Malaysia. International shipment is not available at Acer Store MY at the moment.

Has my order shipped?
Please note that once having placed your order, it may take up to 5 working days to process it. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you will be notified with an email.

How do I get my tracking number?
Email will be send with tracking number after your order changed to shipped status. If you didn't receive any email regarding the order status you may email us at acerstore.my@acer.com, please provide Web Invoice # number for tracking purposes. For shipped product You can also track your order here: Track Order

Can I change my delivery address for an order?

You can make the changes by informing us through email acerstore.my@acer.com or by WhatsApp 019-2101388, you cannot make any changes on the shipping address details once your order start to process.
