- Consumers have the legal right of 12-36 months depending on product sold online under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods and this warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend any such applicable rights.

- In case you have forgotten your password, please see your original confirmation for your account creation which includes your password. In case you no longer have this email, you can request a password reset.

- You can maintain more than one recipient and delivery address in the Address Book section in My Account.
Please note, however, that once you place an order, you won’t be able to change the delivery address for that particular order. In case you have made a mistake with entering your address and the shipment is undeliverable, the package/packages will be returned to our warehouse and we will credit your account.

- All Windows 10 PCs currently being sold in the Acer Store will be able to upgrade to Windows 11. The upgrade rollout plan is still being finalized but is scheduled to begin late in 2021 and continue into 2022. Specific timing will vary by device.
