How much does it cost for the shipping fee?
Acer provide standard FREE delivery to the delivery address within Singapore
When will I receive my order?
Delivery is subject to the availability of the stock at the time of dispatch. Acer will endeavour to fulfil all orders, however, makes no guarantees of the availability of stock at the time of dispatch. We aim to deliver your order within Singapore in 1 – 3 Working Days. The delivery may be delayed by an additional 2-4 business days (during the holidays and campaign period).
*Student program purchase orders will be delivered within 15 working days from the order date.
Will Acer call me before coming to deliver my order?
Our delivery team or courier partner will call you upon reaching your address.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently deliver within Singapore only. Overseas shipping is not available.
Can Acer deliver the package to my office?
Acer will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.
Which delivery service does Acer use?
Most orders are delivered by Acer's delivery team. For smaller items and below SGD 500, we will use SPX courier delivery service.
What are Acer's delivery operating hours?
Our standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. No deliveries on weekends and Public Holidays.
Can I request a specific delivery date or time?
Delivery requests are subject to availability. Please contact us with your order number, and we will assist with your request.
