Self Pick-Up

Can I pick up my order from the Acer store instead of opting for delivery?

Yes, you can choose the pick-up option at the checkout page to collect your order from our designated Acer Service Centre.

 

Where is the pick-up location?

The pick-up location: Acer Service Centre at 10 Toh Guan Road (Lobby C), #05-06, Singapore 608838.

 

When can I pick up my order and what are the pick-up hours?

Regular Orders (Self Pick-Up):
Orders will be ready for collection within 1–2 working days after the order is placed.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for collection at the Acer Service Centre.

 

Student Purchase Program Orders:
Ready for collection within 5–15 days from the order date.

Same-Day Pick-Up is not available for Student Purchase Program orders.

We will notify you by email once your order is ready.

Please wait for the email notification before coming to collect your order.

 

Pick-up hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 12pm, 2pm - 5.00pm
  • Saturday (for orders placed by Friday 12pm): 9am - 12pm
  • Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday can be collected on the following Monday from 12pm onwards/ Tuesday from 12pm onwards (if Monday is a Public Holiday).

Same-Day Pick-Up:

  • Please notify us via email once you have placed your order to ensure timely processing.
  • Cut-off time: Orders must be placed by 10am (Monday – Friday)
  • Pick-up time: 4pm – 5pm on the same day
  • Service is not available on: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
  • *Student program orders are not available for same-day pick-up

Please allow a minimum of 3 hours for preparation. This excludes orders requiring RAM/SSD installation, Windows upgrades for laptops/desktops, or gaming chair installations.

 

Is there any additional cost for store pick-up?

No, there is no additional cost.

 

Do I need to bring anything for pick-up?

Please bring your order confirmation email for verification purposes.

 

Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. However, they need to present a copy of your order confirmation email and their identification card for verification.
