Can I pick up my order from the Acer store instead of opting for delivery?

Yes, you can choose to pick up your order from our designated Acer Service Centre.

 

Where is the pick-up location?

The pick-up location: Acer Service Centre at 29 International Business Park, #01-07, Acer Building, Tower A, Service Centre (Side Entrance), Singapore 609923.

 

When can I pick up my order and what are the pick-up hours?

Pick-up hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 12pm, 2pm - 5.00pm
  • Saturday (for orders placed by Friday 12pm): 9am - 12pm
  • Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday can be collected on the following Monday from 12pm onwards.

Same-Day Pick-Up:

  • Cut-off time: Orders must be placed by 11am
  • Pick-up time: Monday to Friday, 3pm - 5pm
  • Not available on: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

Please allow a minimum of 3 hours for preparation. This excludes orders requiring RAM/SSD installation, Windows upgrades for laptops/desktops, or gaming chair installations.

 

Is there any additional cost for store pick-up?

No, there is no additional cost.

 

Do I need to bring anything for pick-up?

Please bring your order confirmation email for verification purposes.

 

Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. However, they need to present a copy of your order confirmation email and their identification card for verification.
