1. Free Gift Promotion – Terms & Conditions

• Promotion is valid for the current month and applies only to eligible purchases on the Acer Online eStore Singapore. (https://store.acer.com/en-sg/)

• Free gifts are available while stocks last and limited to one per eligible order.

• Only applicable to eligible products as stated on the product page.

• Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products.

• If the qualifying product is returned, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.  Example: For a free monitor worth $399, this amount will be deducted if the monitor has been opened or used.

• Acer reserves the right to substitute the free gift with an item of similar value if unavailable.

• Any damaged or missing gift must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

• Acer may remove or cancel the promotion if incorrectly applied or misused.

2. Voucher Promotion – Terms & Conditions

• Voucher codes are valid only for specified products:

  • Storewide Promo Code: All Acer products except PlayStation Items.

  • Business Promo Code: Pre-loaded Windows Pro PCs (e.g., TravelMate, Veriton series).

  • AcerPure Promo Code: AcerPure products only.

• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, unless stated otherwise.

• Acer reserves the right to revoke or cancel voucher codes if misused or applied incorrectly.

• Voucher codes must be entered and applied at the checkout page to receive the discount.

• Acer may adjust or remove the promotion if invalid, misapplied, or displayed in error.

3. Free Upgrade Promotion – Terms & Conditions

• Free upgrades are available only for eligible products as specified on the product page.

• Free upgrades are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

• If the qualifying product is returned, the value of the upgrade will be deducted from the refund.

• Acer reserves the right to remove, modify, or cancel upgrades if ineligible, incorrectly applied, or misused.

• Promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
