How do I place an order?

 

How do I track my order status?

If you have created a profile on the Acer Store, you can view your order status in the My Orders section of My Account. Alternatively, you may email us at acerstore.sg@acer.com, please provide order number # to assist further.

 

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

An order confirmation with Order Number # will be sent to you through email.

 

When is my order going to be processed?

It can take up to 5 working days to process when your order was placed.

 

How can I change delivery address/phone number/recipient for my existing order?

You may email us at acerstore.sg@acer.com, please provide your purchase order name, email, order number # and stated your changes. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to change these information.

 

How can I cancel my order?

You may email us at acerstore.sg@acer.com. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
