- Standard Delivery (3-4 working days after processing):Â FREE
Express Delivery (1-2 working days after processing): €19.99

- Our Free Delivery takes 4 working days. Depending on when you have placed your order, however, it might take up to 2 working days to process your order. Once your product/s have shipped, you will be notified an email.
- Shipping times are estimated in business days. Please allow extra delivery time when shipping to more remote parts of the Country and in the islands. Â
- Weekend deliveries are not possible.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes neither will a change in the delivery address will be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
- You cannot change the delivery address once you have placed your order. Please make sure during the checkout process that you have entered all information correctly.
- All shipments require a signature at delivery.Â
- Delivery scheduling & Pick up at service point are available after shipping via carrier web service portal.

- In case you have created a profile on the Acer Store, you can access the My Orders section in My Account and get your tracking number. You will also receive an email with the tracking number when your shipment dispatches.

- Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Usually, the product will become available within two weeks. You will receive an email as soon as the product ships. Keep in mind that you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

back on topÂ- Can I change my delivery address for an order?
- Please note that once you place an order you won’t be able to change the delivery address for that particular order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to our fulfillment agency and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. In case you have made a mistake with entering your address and the shipment is undeliverable, the package/packages will be returned to our warehouse and we will credit your account.
Please note that you can maintain more than one recipient and delivery address in the Address Book section in My Account.
