The data controllers
CPYou shall, together with Acer Europe SA and Acer Inc., qualify as joint controllers for the processing of the personal data in the context of the Acer’s e-commerce activities.
You may treat CPYou as your main point of contact with respect to any questions, concerns or exercising of your rights with respect to the processing of your personal data in the context of Acer’s e-commerce activities.
How do we collect personal data?
We obtain personal data which you disclose to us. We request personal data when you make purchases on our Website, create an account with us or sign up to receive news of special offers, events and product updates.
We may also obtain your personal data from Acer Inc. where you have registered for an Acer ID (Privacy Policy), or from third parties such as via the company you work for or that you represent, from public registers and from competent authorities.
What personal data do we collect, what legal grounds do we use for processing your personal data and for which purposes?
The personal data we process from you include your name, address, telephone numbers, IP address, email address, billing and purchase data, and where applicable your fiscal code, company name and company identification code (such as VAT number).

- For the conclusion, performance and execution of the contract of sale of Acer products;
