1. Scope of Promotion
1.1. The promotion Green Days – Plant a Tree for any Aspire Vero PC purchase promotion is valid for the orders with Aspire Vero PC placed on the Official Acer Store: https://store.acer.com. For every Aspire Vero PC product purchased by any customer, ACER Europe SA located at Via della Posta 28, 6934 Bioggio, Switzerland (further – ‘Acer’) will donate a *tree to One Tree Planted, whose registered office is situated at 145 Pine Haven Shores Road, Shelburne, Vermont, 05482, registered as a non-profit public charity on a mission of global reforestation: https://onetreeplanted.org.
1.2. Participating products: the Green Days – Plant a Tree for any Aspire Vero PC purchase promotion is valid on the Aspire Vero PCs on the Official Acer Store: https://store.acer.com.
1.3. Participating store: this promotion is valid only for the orders placed on the Official Acer Store with the following URL: https://store.acer.com. It does not apply to the orders purchased from different online or offline vendors.
1.4. Official begin and end of the promotion: from 1st December 2021 at 00:01 CET until 31st January 2022 at 23:59 CET. Any orders placed after that date and time will be considered outside the official duration of the promotion and our standard terms and conditions will apply.
2. Tree planting
2.1. One Tree Planted will allocate Acer contribution to appropriate reforestation projects in the Amazon Rainforest and Ghana with the objective of securing the best possible outcomes in terms of the impact, number of trees planted and survival rate of trees.
3. Limitations and availability
3.1. Stock: the promotion is subject to stock availability.
4. Amendments
4.1. The Official Acer Store reserves its right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time, including modifying the participating products, as well as canceling any orders. By placing an order during the promotional timeframe, you indicate that you have read these Terms and Conditions and you agree to them.
5. Legal Disclaimer
5.1. If you order one of our products you are making a purchase, not a donation. Acer will make a contribution to One Tree Planted on its name based on this promotion’s performance. Acer will publish a report upon making a contribution at https://store.acer.com.
5.2. To the extent possible by the applicable laws, you hereby disclaim and release Acer, its affiliated companies, employees and management from any and all liability, whether in contract or tort (including strict liability and negligence) for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature whatsoever sustained by you in connection with this promotion. You hereby agree that under no circumstances shall Acer, its affiliated companies, employees and management be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, whether in contract or tort (including strict liability and negligence), such as, but not limited to, loss of revenue or anticipated profits or other damage related to this promotion.
