I COME WITHOUT
A POWER ADAPTER

WE LEFT IT OUT ON PURPOSE
Your new laptop is provided without a power adapter to
comply with EU Directive 2022/2380 (also known as the Common
Charger Directive), which empowers consumers to reuse existing
chargers and aims to reduce electronic waste. So if there’s no adapter
in the box, that’s exactly how it’s meant to be.
PRACTICAL TIPS

This label shows the voltage and wattage your laptop needs (e.g., 45-65 W)
- If your charger provides less than the minimum required power (XX), the laptop may charge slower or not at all.
- If your charger provides more than the maximum required power (YY), the laptop will only draw what it needs – so it’s safe, but you won’t see any charging speed increase beyond its built in limit.
Use a compatible USB Type-C charger with USB Power Delivery (USB PD) that matches these specifications for safe and efficient charging.
Unlike basic USB chargers (such as those for phones), USB PD chargers can deliver much higher power (up to 100W or more), which is what laptops need.
Check twice before using your phone charger!
Also, don’t forget the cable!
Not all USB Type-C cables are the same. Your laptop requires a USB Type‑C cable that supports USB Power Delivery (USB PD). If you’re using a cable from a smartphone, it may not work with your laptop – even if the charger is compatible. Double check before plugging in!
