Acer product warranty starts on the date of purchase from Acer authorized dealer and it will be expired according to product warranty standard of each model. In case of remaining warranty period is less than product warranty standard, customer can bring tax invoice to reclaim warranty as your purchase date.
In case of clearance sales product which its spare parts no longer exists, Acer may reimburse to customer after depreciation deduction by Acer’s standard of each product.
For Smartphone or Tablet which sold via small kiosk shop, customer can bring tax invoice with seller’s seal to reclaim warranty as your purchase date.
In addition, claimed product must be defected from its production or equipment under common usage as following details.
a) Hardware product is warranted depending on product standard of each model such as Mainboard, LCD Panel, HDD, etc.
b) Battery of notebook computer and smartphone is warranted for 1 year. (including product’s equipment)
c) Software which originally installed with the product is warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase.
d) Dead pixels appear on monitor for 4 dots or more.
1.2. Exception of warranty
a) Damage by scratched, nicked, broken, bent, torn, stained with Oxide on external or internal, burned, etc.
b) Damage from animals and insects such as ant’s nest, rat’s urine, etc.
c) Damage from transportation or natural disaster
d) Damage from software which not originally installed with the product, or any computer viruses.
e) Damage from external connector tools
f) Repaired by unauthorized technicians
g) Modified from its original specification
Remark: Acer has a right to change any details of product warranty without prior notice.
