Acer India Private Limited, bearing CIN: U31909KA1999PTC025698, is a private limited company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office located at Embassy Heights, 6th Floor, No. 13, Magrath Road, Next to HOSMAT Hospital, Bangalore (Karnataka) – 560025 (hereinafter referred to as “AIL”).
By accessing, using or creating an account on Acer India eStore, you acknowledge and warrant that this policy document was carefully read in its entirety by you and understood, and that this policy document is contractual and not mere recital; and as sufficient consideration for the same, AIL may not have given you access to Acer India eStore or to any application, tool or service connected therewith, should you have not accepted to comply with, or be governed with, in totality with this policy document.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY OF AIL

Any products purchased from Acer India eStore cannot be returned unless otherwise provided in this policy document. In case you have placed an incorrect order, or you need an alternate product, the same shall not qualify for return of products.
CONDITIONS PRECEDENT FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS:
Only if any of the below mentioned conditions exist will you be allowed to return the product and seek refund of the amount paid by you at the sole discretion of AIL:
(a) First power on failure; (b) Product on arrival found damaged; or, (c) Wrong shipment by AIL
Any product that needs to be returned needs to be handed over to the logistics service provider of AIL in a condition as close to one in which it was delivered to you. You are obligated to provide back the product along with its original packing with all inbox literature, warranty card, accessories including mouse, keyboards, etc.
Any product which qualifies for return needs to be returned by you within seven (7) days from the date of delivery for such product.
WHO TO CONTACT?
In case any product purchased by you from Acer India eStore qualifies for return, then you are obligated to raise an official complaint in that regard at the Customer Care Center reachable at 1860 1202 019. Any returns are to be requested only through Customer Care Center during office hours from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, from Monday till Saturday except public or any other holidays.
DETAILS TO BE PROVIDED:
In addition to any other details as may be inquired by the representative from Customer Care Center, you are obligated to mandatorily provide the following details to initiate the return request:
(a) Order number; (b) Product model; (c) Serial number of the product; and, (d) Reason for return of the product in details.
Upon lodging of the complaint, a Unique Request ID will be shared with you for further communication. Our engineer will visit the site for necessary verification of the complaint and authorization as required. Return pickup shall be arranged and refund at the sole discretion of AIL shall be made only after our engineer’s authorization.
REFUND OF AMOUNT PAID:
Where the return of a product is accepted by AIL, then the amount paid by you will be returned to you within fifteen (15) working days from the date the product to be returned is picked up by the logistics service provider and confirmation in such regard communicated to AIL. Refund shall be initiated via the same source that you used to pay for the order.
In case a different medium and/or timelines are prescribed in any law applicable upon such transaction, then the same shall supersede the terms of this Product Return Policy.
AMENDMENTS AND REVISIONS:
AIL reserves the right to make changes at any time to its Product Return Policy at its discretion and such policy and process may be subject to amendment and updating without notice. All amended terms automatically take effect as and when they are posted and AIL may in its sole discretion announce any material changes to this Product Return Policy through e-mail to existing users where they have disclosed their e-mail addresses to AIL.
If any part of this policy document is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable as per Indian law, that particular part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining parts of the policy document.
