BUYBACK GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. BBG program gives assurance of best buyback value at the time of purchase.
  2. Registration of device is mandatory once Buyback benefit is purchased
  3. Customer will have to purchase the Buy Back Policy from Acer Estore by paying ₹199 + GST
  4. Customer will have to register the device by entering the serial number of voucher, voucher Code and the device along with customer details after purchasing BBG plan. Customer will also have to upload the copy of Invoice during the time of registration.
  5. BBG plan is applicable only if :-
  6. The product is physically and functionally in good working condition.
  7. The original purchase invoice (Tax Invoice) along with the accessories is available at the time of the claim.
  8. Customer has to submit one Govt. id proof copy at the time of claim.
  9. If any of the above-mentioned criteria (Point no 4 & 5) is not matching, then BBG program for that device will become null and void. Under such condition the re-evaluation of the device based on the market standard would be offered to the customer.
  10. To avail the offer, customer has to raise ticket in https://bbg.xtracover.com/ portal.

                                                                                                                                                                                  BUYBACK GUARANTEE CUSTOMER JOURNEY

       Customer Registration Process:

  1. After purchasing the Buyback Guarantee from Acer eStore, customer will receive an URL link (https://bbg.xtracover.com/) along with a unique code by email from Xtracover for registration and a toll free customer support number for any further assistance.
  2. Upon clicking the link, a webpage will open, customer have to click on “Register Now” button. The webpage looks like as shown below.
  3. Upon clicking the “Register Now” button, a new page will open and customer has to enter device details along with customer’s details as shown in the page where red star marked fields are mandatory to be filled. The page looks like as shown below
  4. Upon filling all the mandate fields as shown in the above image, customer has to click the “Register Now”.
  5. Upon clicking the “Register Now” button, an OTP will be received by the customer and the customer has to verify the OTP and completing the registration process.
  6. Customer has to complete the registration process within 15 days from the device purchase date.

       Claim / Buyback Journey:

       1. Customer has to request for buyback from https://bbg.xtracover.com/.

  1. Customer has to enter device serial no and registered mobile no for OTP verification as shown in the below image.

           

 

  1. Upon logged in, a webpage will open and customer can see the current depreciated value of his device (as per BBG percentages).
  2. Customer has to tick on the T&C box and have to accept the price to get BBG offer and click on “Submit” button to avail the service.
  3. Upon clicking the “Submit” button, Xtracover authorized QC Engineer will be physically reach at customer’s place within 2-4 working days depending upon the location of the customer.
  4. The authorized QC engineer will test the condition of the device physically and functionally.
  5. If the device is physically and functionally pass, then authorized QC engineer will ask customer to provide the below mentioned things.

       a) Original Purchase Tax invoice copy

       b) Accessories bought along with the device

       c) Customer’s Govt. approved photo ID card copy

  1. If all the above mentioned documents, accessories are received, the QC engineer will provide same value of Acer eStore voucher to customer as per depreciation value of the device.
  2. If the device is fail in physically or functionally or in either aspects or customer fails to provide original tax invoice or accessories bought along with the device or customer’s photo ID proof, the BBG offerings will be null and void.
  3. In this case, re-evaluation of the device will be taken as per market standards and as per market rate of the device, same value of Acer eStore voucher to be offered to the customer.
