BUYBACK GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Overview The Buyback Guarantee (BBG) program provides assurance of the best buyback value at the time of purchase.

2. Registration & Purchase

• A mail is sent from Acer India to the customer confirming the buy back offer applicability on the laptop purchase from Estore.
• Buy Back Offer is not available for Recertified Products.

3. Eligibility Criteria The BBG plan applies only if:

• The product is physically and functionally in good working condition.
• The original purchase invoice (Tax Invoice) and accessories are available at the time of the claim.
• The customer provides a government-issued ID proof copy during the claim process.

If any of the above conditions (Point 4 & 5) are not met, the BBG program for that device will become null and void. In such cases, a re-evaluation based on market standards will be offered to the customer.

4. Claim Process

• Customers must raise a ticket at https://acer.xtracover.com/E-Voucher
