How much does delivery cost?
Acer Online offers free standard delivery on all purchases in Australia wide.

Free standard delivery is via Air Road Courier and is traceable online at  www.airroad.com.au

What is your Shipping Policy?
  1. We aim to deliver all products to NSW, VIC, QLD and SA states within 3 - 5 business days and 4 - 9 business days to WA, TAS and NT, exclude customised product.
  2. Weekend deliveries are not possible.
  3. We cannot ship to PO Boxes neither will a change in the delivery address will be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
  4. You cannot change the delivery address once you have placed your order. Please make sure during the checkout process that you have entered all information correctly.
  5. All shipments require a signature at delivery.

Has my order shipped?
Please note that once having placed your order, it may take up to 2 working days to process it. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you will be notified by email.

How do I get my tracking number?
In case you have created a profile on the Acer Store, you can access the My Orderssection in My accountand get your tracking number. You will also receive an email with the tracking number when your shipment dispatches.

When will my backorder ship?
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Usually, the product will become available within two weeks. You will receive an email as soon as the product ships. Keep in mind that you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Can I change my delivery address for an order?
Please note that once you place an order you won’t be able to change the delivery address for that particular order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to our fulfillment agency and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. In case you have made a mistake with entering your address and the shipment is undeliverable, the package/packages will be returned to our warehouse and we will credit your account.

Please note that you can maintain more than one recipient and delivery address in the Address Booksection in My Account.
