- This Return Policy is only applicable to purchases made from Acer's Online Store. For products purchased through other retail outlets, please contact the respective store for their returns policy.
This Returns Policy is in addition to any rights that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (the ACL) or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (the CGA).
Whilst Acer Computer Australia and New Zealand would like to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase, we do encourage and recommend all customers read the following Returns Policy as set out below.
Acer Computer Australia and New Zealand will accept the return of goods, provide a refund of the original purchase price, or make necessary arrangements to have the goods replaced should either of the following circumstances occur:
- The supplied goods/products are damaged in transit
- The product has not been supplied but it has been charged for (for example, lost in transit)
- There are missing items from the box
- The wrong item(s) have been sent.
- The incorrect specification and/or configuration has been supplied.
- The customer had made a legitimate attempt to cancel their Acer online order, and where their cancellation request was not processed in time by Acer Computer, or
- Where the Acer product does not meet the stated capabilities.

- How do I request a refund?
- You must contact Acer to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before returning your product. Product arriving without an authorized RMA will not receive credit. All merchandise without an authorized RMA will be returned to the customer.

- How do I cancel my order?

You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note cancellation requests submitted during the weekend, or after business hours (8 AM - 5 PM CST) may not be processed before the product ships. Click here to submit a request to cancel your order.
If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. You can also look up your order to view the shipping status of your order.

- When will my credit appear on my credit card?
- Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we receive the product or your completed letter of destruction (ELOD or LOD).
