TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACER ENRICH REWARDS PROGRAM

  This Program, named “Acer Enrich Rewards Program” (the "Program"), is organised by Acer Sales & Services Sdn Bhd ("Organiser") and shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Program shall run from 15th December 2021 to 31st December 2021 (both dates inclusive) (the "Program Period"). The deadline for redemption shall be by 11.59 PM on 14th January 2022.  This Program is open to the Acer’s individual customers (“Customer”) (collectively referred to as “Participant”). The “Eligible Acer Model” for this Program are Acer Chromebook Spin 311-2H-C27N and Acer Chromebook Spin 311-2HN-C9G7. For the purchase of each unit of the Eligible Acer Model, the Participant is entitled to receive one (1) unit of Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet voucher worth Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100.00) (the “Reward”) at the discretion of the Organizer and while stock lasts. In order to participate in the Program, the Customer must purchase any of the Eligible Acer Model from Acer Online Store at https://store.acer.com/en-my/  within the Program Period. Eligible Acer Model not purchased/sold and shipped out within the Program Period are not eligible for participation in the Program. Eligible Acer Model purchased/sold at a special price or via tendered project is not eligible for participation in the Program. The Participant will receive, via email, a redemption form to be completed accurately within fourteen (14) days, failing which, the Organiser has the rights forfeit the Reward. Incomplete submissions are automatically disqualified without further notice. The Reward will be delivered to the Participant within thirty (30) days from the date of confirmation email which will be sent out after the Organiser verifies the Participant’s details. This Program is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing programs, promotions, offers and/or discounts unless otherwise stated. The Organiser reserves the right modify these Terms and Conditions and/or withdraw or terminate the Program at any stage (including within the Program Period) without any liability towards anyone. The Organiser’s decision in all matters or dispute is final and binding. Additional terms and conditions may be applicable. The Program shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
