How do I track my order status?

A confirmation of an order with a Web Order number will be sent to you via email. To find out the status of the order, you can email acerstore.ph@acer.com or contact us at Acer Philippines (02) 8-555-2300 by informing Web Order number for search purposes.


How can I change delivery address/phone number/recipient for my existing order?

Unfortunately you are not able to make any changes on the delivery address/phone number/recipient for your existing order.


How can I cancel my order?

We do not offer an option to cancel your order.


There is an error about the amount charged to my order, or I received damaged/defective item, what should I do?

Within how long should I inform Acer about my damage/defective/incorrect item?

Within seven (7) days from the delivery date

Shipping and Delivery

How much does it cost for shipping fee?

Acer provides FREE delivery fees NATIONWIDE and will deliver the Products to the delivery address within the Philippines stated on the order at the time of delivery.


When will I receive my order?

Delivery is subject to the availability of the stock at the time of dispatch. Acer will endeavor to fulfill all orders, however makes no guarantees of the availability of stock at the time of dispatch. We aim to deliver your order within Philippines at the following time frame: In Metro areas: within 5 working days In Non-Metro areas: 5 - 21 working days


Will Acer call me before coming to deliver my order?

We deliver by using third party logistic company. Hence, any limitation will be the limitation of our service providers. You can check your order status online anytime by logging into your account. Or may also email acerstore.ph@acer.com or contact us at Acer Philippines (02) 8-555-2300 by informing Web Order number for search purposes.


Is there any domestic area Acer cannot deliver to?

International shipment is not available at Acer at the moment.


Can Acer deliver the package to my office?

Acer will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

Acer accepts all Philippine Visa and MasterCard, that is 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure) enabled. Please take note that we DO NOT accept Corporate Credit Card and non-Philippine bank-issued credit cards.


Do you keep my credit card details?

Acer doesn’t store customer credit card card details, every credit card transaction is handled by our appointed third-party service provider.


Where can I request an official receipt?

Invoice will be included on the delivery.

 

How can I know if my payment was successful or failed?

Email notification will be send to the customer if the transaction is successful.


Wrong amount charged to my order, what should I do?

Returns and Refunds

FAQ on 7 Days Replacement:

Products with "7 Days Replacement" are ONLY eligible for replacement within 7 days upon delivery, in an event that it is found to be defective. This policy is not applicable to customers who are not satisfied with the product or change of mind. Once the manufacturing defect has been confirmed by our technical team, we will provide a replacement of the originally ordered product. In case of replacements not being available, we will recommend another product to choose from base on our available stocks. All sales made online are FINAL

Any product that customer return must be in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging, with its complete accessories or freebies given including those from the promos. Please keep the receipt.


Can I return an item after 7 days upon receipt?

Your item cannot be returned after 7 days upon receipt; it can only be serviced. We suggest you contact and send the item directly to our warranty center for prompt assistance. Our customer support is available 24/7 for any queries or technical assistance you may need. What's eligible for Return for "7 Days Replacement products"?

Products that are defective on arrival

Products that malfunction within the 7 days guarantee period

Products that received in a damaged condition and are brought to our notice within 24 hours after delivery


What is not eligible?

Products that turn out to be defective outside the 7 day guarantee period. Automatic customer should bring defective products to the nearest Acer authorized service partner.

For lighted and dead pixel on LCD, a standard LCD policy from service center will apply for checking of defect

If customers mishandle the product

Customized upgrade in hardware which are not done by Acer authorized service partner.

Change of mind on the part of the customer does not entitle him/her for a refund or exchange

Un-satisfaction on the product with no possible technical issue or unit problem will not entitle customer for refund or exchange

Refund will be the last resort if the defective item under 7 days warranty can no longer be repaired or there is no replacement unit available at the time the warranty is being processed.

How long does it take to replace a DOA/returned product/item?

Subject to stock availability and other conditions.


I have returned my item to Acer, how soon will I received my refund?
