Products are deemed to be returned at FPT Service Center. FPT shall accept return, if products are verified with conditions below:
- The customer is responsible for the return of the product and the associated shipping cost to FPT Service Center. - Valid purchasing receipt is available without tearing and folding or ink fading. - Warranty card (if any) is available. - Promotion gift with the product shall be returned with the product. - The product should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. - Physical damage and/or physical modifications will void the return policy of any Acer product. All physically damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer and the return policy will be null and void.
- After verifying aforementioned conditions above, if the product is not listed in return policy. - Customer shall be requested to present ID or passport at FPT Service Center to apply Return policy. - In order to check defect source, FPT service employee shall need to check internal parts with customer consent.
