What is your Shipping Policy?
  • Shipping times are estimated in business days. Ground = 3-7 business days, Priority = 1-2 business days.
  • Weekend deliveries are not available.
  • Ground shipping is not available to all locations.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO.
  • Whole unit shipments (Laptops, Chromebooks, Desktops, All In Ones, Tablets, Monitors and Projectors) will require a signature for delivery.

What is your oversized, heavy, multiple unit shipment policy?
The majority of Acer product is shipped using FedEx Ground or Priority services. Acer also has the option to use FedEx Freight Economy (LTL Less-than-Truckload). Acer reserves the right to choose FedEx Freight Economy (LTL) for orders that include oversized and/or heavier units. This service is also optimal for single orders with multiple units or multiple orders delivering to the same address. Any products shipping via LTL freight truck will be palletized and require a loading dock or forklift at the delivery location to unload the shipment. If neither a forklift or loading dock are available at the delivery site, arrangement for lift gate service will need to be made ahead of time with the freight carrier to ensure the shipment can be safely unloaded. Additional charges for lift gate may apply. Failure to make arrangements ahead of time for LTL delivery may result in the order being returned to Acer.

Has my order shipped?
It may take 1-2 business days to process an order. If you have an account set up with Acer Store, you can look up your order and see the shipping status from My Account.

When will my backorder ship?
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, the product will become available within a week. You will receive an email as soon as the product ships. Keep in mind that you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the Acer fulfillment facility when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.
