- You will receive emails including the order confirmation and shipping confirmation for any physical product orders. If your order contains both physical product(s) and software, you will also receive separate emails for the software purchase including product license key and invoices.

- We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), Amazon Pay and Affirm Financing* (for purchases of $700 and up). To pay by Credit or Debit Card select “Credit Card” at checkout. To apply for installment, please select Affirm during checkout.

- No. Enter your credit card number without any spaces or special characters. It should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.

- Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

back to top- Why is my credit card being rejected?

There are many possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:
- The card is expired.
- You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
- You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
- A computer at either end of the transaction is having technical problems.
If you have problems submitting your credit card payment you can contact Customer Service for help by calling 1-800-910-2237. When you contact Customer Service, you may be asked for any error message numbers you received, as well as the reference number seen in the shopping cart.

back to top- When will my credit card be charged?
- For purchases of physical products, you will be charged and invoiced shortly after your order is placed. This includes any preordered or backordered products. If your items are shipped separately, you will receive a shipment confirmation email for each product shipped.

- The charge for your order will appear on your credit card as: "Acer.com 2542984530". If your order includes both physical products and software, you will see separate line items for these charges – both appearing as “Acer.com 254984530”.

back to top- Do I have to pay sales tax?

For both physical products and software, sales tax will be calculated dependent upon your billing and/or shipping address.
Tax-exempt individuals and entities can request a refund of the tax paid on an order. We will need a copy of your tax-exempt certificate and the billing or shipping address on the order must match the address on the certificate. Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt or invoice. You can fax a copy of your certificate, with order number or invoice to 952-253-8760.
