With viruses attack or systems crash on your PC, Acer recovery media is ready to quickly get your machine back to factory setting and give you a fresh start. Based on your model, you will be supplied a USB stick which restores your system to original factory settings including all software, applications, drivers and Operating System.
This service is only available for Acer PCs with Windows 8 or later.
- Only one recovery media type is available per unit.
- Referenced shipping times do not include the time needed to process the order. All Recovery Media orders may take 2 business days to process prior to being shipped.
- Upon receipt, you have 14 days to contact the Acer Store regarding any damage to the media.
Terms & Conditions
In case of purchasing a CD, memory card, USB stick or computer software you cannot exercise the right to withdrawal if the packaging (e.g. the protecting foil) of the product has been already opened. However if you return the product unopened, in the original packaging during the withdrawal period, we have to provide you with the return as per the Terms of Sale.
