What is the Acer Store 2021 holiday shipping schedule?

During the holiday season this year, we anticipate high order volumes could cause shipping delays. Although we are increasing our staffing to meet the growing demand, we recommend that all customers do their shopping early to avoid any potential shipping delays.

  • Orders must be placed and approved by 10 AM CT on Wednesday, Dec. 22 (with Priority Service) to increase the probability of arriving by Friday, Dec 24.
  • This shipping grid is designed to help you determine, based on product availability, credit approval and other factors, when you can expect the scheduled delivery of your order(s) during the holiday season.
  • Please refer to this grid to help you determine which shipping method you should choose to increase the probability of delivery by Friday, Dec. 24.
  • Applies only to items that are in stock and can ship within 24 hours. Actual delivery is subject to third party carrier and other factors.

What is your Shipping Policy?
  • Shipping times are estimated in business days. Ground = 3-7 business days, Priority = 1-2 business days.
  • Weekend deliveries are not available.
  • Ground shipping is not available to all locations.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO.
  • Whole unit shipments (Laptops, Chromebooks, Desktops, All In Ones, Tablets, Monitors, and Projectors) will require a signature for delivery.

When will my backorder ship?
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, the product will become available within a week. You will receive an email as soon as the product ships. Keep in mind that you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the Acer fulfillment facility when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.
