Standard accessories carry a one-year "parts only" limited warranty from date of purchase. Once installed in or on an Acer Pan-America system (notebook, desktop or server), the option(s) carries the longer of either a one-year warranty or the remainder of the warranty period for the Acer Pan-America system in which it is installed. If an accessory is installed in or on a non-Acer Pan-America system or in or on an Acer Pan-America system in which the warranty has expired, the accessory’s warranty remains at one year from date of purchase. The only exceptions are monitors and special sales products. All items carry a 1-year limited warranty unless otherwise stated. Part Availability Orders received before 4:00PM CDT usually ship out same business day Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received after 4:00PM CDT will be processed the following business day. Part availability may be limited and may not be available for immediate delivery. In-stock items will ship according to the shipping method chosen. If the item(s) on your order are not currently in stock, they will ship when we receive and process the back-ordered inventory. The backordered parts will ship according to the shipping method chosen.
Acer America reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products. If there is any revision or cessation, Acer America may ship products that have the functionality and specifications of the products ordered but there will be differences in the specifications between what was shipped and what was ordered.

Shipping is limited to within the United States and Canada. Please note we are unable to ship to addresses using PO Boxes. Return Policies: Defective & Non-Defective
All exchanges require authorization before they can be returned. Please call 1-800-816-2237 and ask about return authorization and specific return instructions. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DOA, defective or wrong part returns on products within 3 calendar days of original invoice date. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and must be within 15 calendar days of original invoice date. After the receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, credit will be issued.
We strongly recommend that you use the packing materials in which you received your part(s) and also fully insure the package you are returning. This is for your protection in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with "proof of delivery".
Not For Resale
If the customer is not an authorized Acer Pan-America reseller, the customer agrees and represents that he or she is buying the part for his or her own internal use and not for resale. For a customer who is authorized Acer Pan-America reseller, these terms and conditions shall apply to the sales of the products as long as they are consistent with the terms and conditions of the separate reseller agreement signed with Acer Pan-America. In the event there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the separate reseller agreement and these terms and conditions, the former shall prevail and apply.
